Yes, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve your puppy or secure your spot on the waitlist. This amount is deducted from the final purchase price.

What Kind Of Health Testing Do You Do?

Health is our absolute top priority. All of our breeding dogs undergo rigorous health screening.

• Hips & Elbows: Certified and cleared.
• Cardiac & Eyes: Screened for congenital defects.
• Genetics: Full DNA panels to ensure disease-free lineage.

All our females come from quality, health-tested European bloodlines to ensure the longevity and vitality of your future companion.

How Do I Choose My Puppy?

We make the selection process transparent and exciting!

• Weekly Updates: You receive photos and videos as they grow.
• Individual Photos: Sent at 6 weeks of age.
• Selection Day: Families choose their puppy at 7 weeks of age. This is when structure, coloring, and personality are most developed.

We provide temperament assessments to help you match with the puppy that best fits your family's lifestyle. Selection is done in the order deposits were received. We are happy to facilitate FaceTime or Zoom calls for long-distance families!

Do You Have A Health Guarantee?

Yes! We stand behind our dogs with a two-year health guarantee covering genetic conditions. We are happy to provide a copy for you to review upon request.

Do You Offer Delivery?

Absolutely. We want to make bringing your puppy home as stress-free as possible.

What Will My Puppy Come Home With?

Your new family member comes prepared! You will receive:

• A goody bag with their current food.
• Treats (canned pumpkin/wet food) to help with transition.
• A scent blanket (smells like mom/littermates) for comfort.
• Their favorite toy/ball.
• Complete vaccine records and vet health report.

Will My Puppy Have Proper Vaccinations?

Yes. Every puppy receives all age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming before leaving our care. They also undergo a comprehensive veterinary health check to ensure they are in perfect condition for their new home.

What Type Of Socialization Do You Do?

Our puppies are raised in the heart of our home—not in a kennel facility. We are a family of nine, so every puppy is handled daily by adults and children alike!

They are exposed to:

• Daily handling and cuddling.
• Household sights, sounds, and smells.
• Other dogs and cats.
• Baths and nail trims (desensitization).
• Car rides and outdoor exploration.

Will My Puppy Come Home Potty Trained?

We start early potty and crate training foundations to give them a head start. While they understand the routine, they are still babies! They will need consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement in their new home to become fully house-trained.

When Is Final Payment Due?

• $500 Deposit: Due upfront to reserve.
• 50% Payment: Due when pups reach 6 weeks of age.
• Final Balance: Due at 8 weeks (pickup/delivery).
